Danielle Smith wants to force you to pay to see your family doctor — and it’s starting right now.

A Calgary clinic is asking families to pay a $4,800 annual “membership fee”.

Imagine being told you need to find thousands of dollars in fees every year, just to keep getting to see the doctor you have now.

The province could put a stop to this right away but the UCP wants you to pay these fees.

We need to stop ‘Members Only Medicine’ right away. If we let this one clinic charge thousands of dollars in fees, then every primary clinic in Alberta will start charging for access and Danielle Smith will cheer them on.

Your Alberta NDP is going to fight these fees and make sure you can always see your doctor, and we need your help. We are demanding legislation to ban this fee-for-access practice immediately.
