Alberta’s New Democrats are seeking a motivated and energetic individual for the position of Field Organizer.
Location: Alberta (Provincial travel required)
Salary: $62,988.80 annually
Position Type: Full-time, Unionized (COPE 397), Classified as S1A
Benefits: Excellent benefits package, payment in lieu of pensions, car allowance, and per diems
Reports to: Senior Organizing Team
Field Organizers are on the frontlines of building our movement. Whether it’s leading voter contact operations in priority ridings or strengthening grassroots capacity through training, Field Organizers are responsible for recruiting, motivating, and organizing volunteers and local teams to engage voters and grow our base of support.
This role blends hands-on electoral organizing with training and leadership development. You’ll help ensure we’re ready to win on Election Day—and every day in between.
