Build your team with a plan, resources, and support.
As volunteers yourselves, you know that while there are many paths into our organization, once here it is the quality of experience that makes the difference between building a sustained relationship and losing out on a potential friend and ally.
With this course we hope to share processes and tips to help you and your teams recruit new volunteers, train them in the types of activities we engage them in, activate them in the voter contact, data entry, and logistical planning roles you need, and retain their services over a long and lasting relationship. We’ll also help you access resources to find new recruits, and build sustainable processes to build out your teams.
